Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Sourcefeed for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. TikTok API Integration

Sourcefeed uses the TikTok Display API to fetch publicly available creator profiles and video information. By using this Service, you acknowledge that:

• You are authorizing access to your TikTok profile information through OAuth 2.0
• Your data will only be used to display your profile and public videos
• You can revoke access at any time through your TikTok account settings
• TikTok's Terms of Service and policies apply to your TikTok data

4. Disclaimer

The materials on Sourcefeed's service are provided on an 'as is' basis. Sourcefeed makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Sourcefeed or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Sourcefeed's service, even if Sourcefeed or a Sourcefeed authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Sourcefeed could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Sourcefeed does not warrant that any of the materials on its service are accurate, complete, or current. Sourcefeed may make changes to the materials contained on its service at any time without notice.
